What do you know, I stumbled across this site today and one of the first posts I see is from my area. I am a military guy who has investment homes at most of my duty stations and am heading back to Pensacola soon. Going down there tomorrow in fact to look at a few properties. I am also new to the site so just trying to figure things out on here now. I have some experience with fixing up homes and all has been buy and hold so far.
