Hello all. It seems that Listsource changed their account structure. So I lost all my saved searches, it costs more unless I do a monthly subscription AND I only can pay with PayPal and not credit card.

Can anyone recommend a comparable service that has a user-friendly interface and is reasonably priced? Thanks!

@Ryan Craig just curious what you ended up doing as far as Reading goes. I was curious about the city as well. Take it easy!

Hi! I'm based in northern VA but was considering buy and holds in Reading, PA, particularly the 19604 zip code. Does anyone have any insight on that area? Anywhere else I should be looking in or around Reading? I'd like to stay in the $60K and under price point. Thanks so much!

Post: Seeking private transactional funds for $4000, 90-day term

Hello! I am a Realtor and investor. I am seeking transactional funding in the amount of $4000. I am planning to close on an investment property and am seeking this funding so it doesn't impact my DTI.

I have excellent credit (in the 750s) and steady income which I can backup with documentation. I also have a line of credit as backup but like I said, I do not want to effect my DTI.

I'm willing to pay a 20% annualized interest rate. So that is $200 for a 90 day term. I plan to close much sooner than that and you will receive your money back plus interest in 90 days or sooner.

Thanks and please let me know if you have any questions.
