Hi, my name is Brian. I'm an investor and Realtor based in Northern Virginia. I'm interested in acquiring rental properties out of state, such as in the Atlanta metro area, the suburbs of Detroit and possibly other areas.

I am seeking a private lender to work with to finance these deals. I am proficient in vetting properties as rentals and have over 10 years experience as a landlord. While I will use property management, I have direct experience managing tenants, rental spaces and the property.

I work a 9-5 job with a steady six-figure income. I have good credit as well as cash reserves for unexpected repairs or issues. I hope to build a solid relationship with a lender that is win-win for everyone, especially providing you with a competitive interest rate and return on your investment month in and month out.
