You need to be aware of your area laws as for as max occupancy goes. A home owner here in michigan that was leasing out his basement to 5 migrants is now facing manslaughter charges because the house caught fire and the migrants died. City is stating its manslaughter because he had too many people living in the basement.

Or just put a pump under the drain sink. Then you can run the drain pipes any which way you want to.

Its amazing that @Al Wilsongot over 700 posts before he exposed himself as a total ***.

@Al Wilson Your an ***. He asked cause he wanted maybe some idea on how it would go.  You, @Al Wilson, decided to try and make him feel like an idiot for asking.

You, @Al Wilsonshould go take some classes on how to be a decent human being.

@Chris Sukala

Ah that explains it, yeah mine empties into a soap sink. I also apprenticed as a plumber for a year in new construction, and while we would dig and put in the pipes for for toilets in the basement, we never put any pipe work into the floor for washing machines, and these were 500k+ homes. This post was the first Ive ever heard of underground plumbing for a washing machine.

Ignore this post, stupid new forum is messing up

 Ha! Creative. I don't think it would come to that. I seriously doubt the OP would be forced to accept it.

 Depends on the state. California, for example, its mandatory that you accept section 8.

If I don't approve it, I don't pay for it.
