I am in need of some referrals of top young Realtors in Denver. This is for a video interview about their market, advice they have for buyers/sellers in 2019, and other related topics. It's basically free advertising for the 1-2 Realtors they choose. Requirements are:

23-35 years old

Licensed for at least 3/4+ years

Impressive sales numbers

Good camera presence

Highly ethical and well respected

Hey BP. I'm selling a small 2/1 in a smoking hot neighborhood (Seminole Heights) that is ideal for a rehab and rent or a complete flip. 

I'm debating doing the flip myself but would rather sell it as is as I have other work I'd rather handle. The home was renting for $845/month for the last 2 years and we just ended the tenant's lease in August to flip or rehab and rent at a higher price ($1000-$1100). We're looking to sell n the next 72 hours or so before we'll start the flip process.

Hey Miami! 

I wanted to connect with a new licensed Realtor in the Miami area (up to 10 months ago) that took an online real estate course about tips to passing the FL exam.
