You’re welcome! That’s great news.

I recommend anyone reading this to call their local utility if they have primary heat as an electric source of heat to see if they get a lower hourly rate too!

@Laura Williams the electric furnace will be a larger chunk of your bill than the windows, but windows will help upgrade the building.

Also, check with your local utility, here if your primary heat is provided by an electric appliance you get a lower rate per hour.

I wonder what solar panels on the car port or roof would do to offset the bill?

I am in Benicia, about 15-20 minutes from Napa, heck, even Suisun Valley is now getting vineyards.

@Joe Trainor if you are that concerned they make closests for water heaters that can be locked. However, I wouldn’t rush out to get one installed

@Vincent Popovski I get it, the dogs can be nice, but do you really want to get the owners and go against the insurance providers?
