Marketing at local swap meets
I'm thinking about setting up a "We Buy Houses" booth at my local swap meets. Anyone have any experience with this type of marketing?
I figured I'd bring balloons and games to get their attention, and when they come by I'll have business cards, flyers, and credibility packages ready for them.
And of course I'll write down their information if they're interested in selling.
