Hi @Frank Mancuso price point might be a little challenging in the south FL market. You might consider heading north into Martin County.

@Chris Levarek Thanks that's insightful, I have not considered turning a portion of an apartment into a STR. I'm assuming these numbers would increase the CAP rate when going to sell from the higher cash flow of the STRs?

@Abraham Klein How have you decided to structure the deal to return your investors capital?

The main focus I'm working on achieving is continuing to grow my portfolio and finding other ways to continue to buy properties without my own cash. 

I believe the syndication process could potentially work with commercial properties and turning a 5-20 unit into a mini hotel by repositioning and increasing revenue?

Has anyone syndicated a Short term rental? What obstacles did you face? How did you structure the deal and return capital back to investors?
