Has anyone syndicated a Short term rental? What obstacles did you face? How did you structure the deal and return capital back to investors?

@Austin Drew Syndication is simply a combining of forces to achieve something unachievable apart. In this case, syndication can be accomplished on any property size. It just changes format.

We've syndicated small multifamily, apartment complexes and short term rentals. It's the vehicle of investment and ownership that changes format but there is a demand for every form.
