HI @Tanisha E. when looking for a PM you want to see their listings that they currently manage and their reviews this is what will make or break your listing. The proof is in the details, they can tell you whatever you want to hear but you want to make sure they are actually delivering for there other clients. Hello Rhonda, congrats on making the decision to get started. Alot of people ponder with the idea but never make the jump into the game. I am a STR investor here in West Palm Beach and have property down by you in Hollywood. How I see it is even during a recession people still travel within driving distance destinations, they often avoid trips out of the country such as Tulum. With that being said run your numbers as conservative as possible, realistically if you are running your STR efficiently you should be seeing an 80% occupancy in S. Florida. Best of luck

Good morning, there is one done in Boca at Bru’s room once a month and another done in Boca called coffee with investors on one Saturday of the month

Santiago, it depends on what strategy you are looking for and returns. Are you looking for a big pay out and high taxes (then flipping works), if you're looking for stability then LTR's are your best bet. If you're looking for high cash flow and appreciation I would look into STR's or better known as Airbnb.

Hi Randy, the market is scarce in all of the S.Florida market currently with buyers coming from all over the country. There are still plenty of deals that make sense from a Vacation rental stand point, you just need to be able to move quickly.
