@Michael Hooven I'm local to WPB. It depends on what numbers you consider to be a "Bad investment" I personally wouldn't buy a 1/1 condo due to the HOA and the fact that tenants usually arent as sticky with 1/1's if they have a family they need to increase their bedroom counts. Feel free to reach out, I invest here locally mainly in STR's.

Andy when determining an Airbnb friendly agent, ask the agent to see the properties they currently own and manage. I host a meetup around STR's in Palm beach gardens feel free to come out next meetup is April 12th at 6:00pm

Hi David, the pockets in Hollywood for greatest ROI will be challenging to hit under 400k. I own one STR in Hollywood and 3 in West Palm where the market isn't as competitive and it's a lower barrier of entry. Happy to help answer any questions you may have.
