Not sure about NYC metro name, there was a lot of NJ folks. I think most important we all from BP. I spoke with few NYC investors and the only othet place they invested is Florida. It is kind of narrow you down really small. On BP you can see much more option and opinions. So I would go with BiggerPockets Tri-State REIA or BiggerPockets NYC metro REI. Also not sure about "association", but if people use reia to seach, why not. This way we show that we have big community behind us and it will also help to promote it. What you think, guys?

Interesting question, like books, but never thought about this one. I hope to see some suggestions.
