Book on Wholesaling

Does anyone know of a good book that covers wholesaling in depth. I've read lots of REI books, but non of them seem to cover the subject in depth at all.

There are a lot of free resources on the BP Forums page, including e-books,podcasts, and forum postings on wholesaling. Be sure to make the most of those before you start buying stuff. I've been wholesaling for 5 years and still take advantage of those resources.

I would also venture to say that wholesaling is an umbrella topic, made up of gaining expertise in sub-topics including marketing for deals, negotiating, looking for buyers, contracts, and working with title companies. There is plenty to read on each of these topics both on and off BP.
