Hey y'all,

I'm shopping around for insurance for my first flip just outside Atlanta, and I was wondering what you pay for monthly premiums. My entire project cost is $235,000 ($145,000 purchase + $90,000 rehab), and I *definitely* want replacement value plus theft/vandalism coverage.

I've gotten quotes ranging $170 to $209 monthly, but that seems really high to me.

Hi Stacee,  I just put my first flip house under contract in Smyrna, Ga... Can I give you a call to discuss getting homeowner's insurance on it during the rehab period?
