Does anyone here know of any good real estate meetings in Houston Texas. I've seen some online but they weren't free. Are the groups that charge worth it? 

@Justin Jarmon I live on the East side of Houston but I'm not sure this is the side I will want to focus on. 

@Justin Jarmon thank you for your advise! I would love to meet up one day, I don't have a lot of friends interested in real estate that I can talk to. I've been looking for local REI group meetings to attend in my area. It's always great to network with local like minded people.

You're right, successful investors are willing to help others succeed. I plan on emailing him tonight. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate the feed back.
