Does anyone here know of any good real estate meetings in Houston Texas. I've seen some online but they weren't free. Are the groups that charge worth it?

Go to meetup.com and search for REI groups. I've joined a few groups and attended one meeting so far in Houston, and the meetup groups I joined definitely don't charge. Feel free to connect!
