In 2008 we had the RE crash, now people that our buying have an “inflated paycheck” I’ve seen people I know personally move 1-2 jobs in 6 months and jumped their pay 20% per move. Once supply runs out jobs will be laid off. Where I live people seem or they just want to think everything is all good, when I ask the question they stare at me like I’m the devil, example most of my friends and family work for the car companies I ask them the simple question. Your dealerships have no cars for sale how long will this last until the money runs out? And then your job runs out? The way they get paid is selling cars if you don’t have the product that generates your income how long will that pay last? My opinion there will be a job crash soon and then all the people that bought their over priced RE will be in trouble. My thoughts.

Wasn’t getting personal just giving an example but if $3000 or $5000 or whatever your number is that’s not making the deal Happen then cancel your deal, you have no obligation to pay.

Good luck on your listing! Hopefully you find the right buyer or agent.

It’s funny to see out of all the ppl a guy from Detroit! Cashflow capital talk about apperception although he mentioned on of the wealthiest cities in the USA but the fact that he is from the D where houses are still $10,000 and rent for $600/$700. That’s pure cashflow lol

It’s nice to hear the truth about RE, sometimes the podcasts send a fairytale message to invest in RE, not saying long distance is not good but if you have to go through 4-5 PMs and turn over , etc… your basically better off putting your money in so meme stock. And I know some will comment on this saying “yea but he bought it for $82,000 and sold it for $200,000 that’s not all profit and when you put in all the headaches this profit is worth nothing. The way I see it is the people on the podcasts get a lot of free advertisements when they do podcasts and say well if your not up to the game then do a podcast. But in reality I’m not in the business to make a podcast and be a host I have a life that consists of a family and job and etc…. One of the best posts I’ve seen on BP! Thank you for your post and telling the other ugly side of the story, I’m applauding you! Thanks
