Hopefully they come up with similar laws to politics, they use bad practices to lure people to vote, that don’t understand politics.

I only need help and not personal opinions, I own property and I'm building equity so I'm exploring into STR arbitrage and I have a few properties that the landlords are interested but want me to setup the contracts. Does anyone have any examples I can review and cut or copy and paste into my own custom contract? Any help would be great! Thanks

This reminds me of back in the day, one of my best friends’ mom use to say stop hanging out with this particular person…. I asked why she said because he would over drink and you know the rest. I would always say well it’s not like his mouth is open and your just pouring drinks in his mouth he wanted to drink. You can’t make someone sell Their property for let’s say less then market value unless the seller has issues to do so.
