Yeah, I'm curious about this as well, I'm starting out and I'm really interested in doing some deals in Atlantic city, probably all cash as a JV. I spent some time there on the ground for my old job, and then with a fellow RE investor buying up properties there recently, and got a sense that things are really shifting for the better. There's definitely some uncertainty (and I would add climate change/environmental risk to that) so I'm always up for being recommended to articles and investment theses about AC. Thanks!

New to BP, but lot of experience as a resident for many years in New haven, and I love the area. Looking for some buy and hold options, if anyone has some advice, I know the city well and have some ideas, but would love to get some quality advice and perhaps partner with someone for a first buy and hold deal..
