Hey guys, I’m still new to the real estate world and I’m looking to acquire my first deal and many more to come. I’m a member of the Boston Carpenters Union. I was a plumber for 3 years as well. I have a lot of skills and knowledge on the rehab end of things that I can bring the table for a potential partnership, how ever I do not have much capitol. If anyone is looking to get into real estate investing or discuss any deals or wants to network, I’d love to talk. The market is hot in the Boston area, so capitol is the main issue for me at the moment. I’d love to network and possibly jump into this with someone while they don’t necessarily have to get involved with the rehab and sweat equity process or managing the property. If this appeals to anyone let me know! I’d love to talk with you guys!!
