Hello Oran and welcome to BP! I know many out of country investors and landlords who have chosen to invest in the US market. These investors are from London, Dubai, Canada and India. I was able to help several set up a bank account, LLC, and even checked out properties for them in my neck of the woods. I can help you find good deal, connect you with Attorneys, lenders, and even home inspectors. Good luck!!

Hi James Colon . I have been investing in Rochester NY. It's approx 6 hours ride up north. Houses are generally old but cheap. Cap rate generally varies between 15-18% which is very decent. Properties up here do not appreciate much but the you can rely on monthly cash flow. Good luck!
