Hey BP community hope all is well. I have been investing in Rochester NY market since 2006. I tend to buy and hold more multifamily units then SFH. Few years ago I was asked by several out of town investors to manage their investments and thus Dimensions Property Management was founded. DPM was formed on basis of integrity and honest. I have met some really great investors who have trusted their investments with me and are very happy with monthly cash flow! I look forward to networking here with all.

I own homes all over the city. I also was pressed by out of town investors to manage their properties once the word got out how I was managing my own. I have met some great people and am amazed on how much this city has to offer.

I am originally from Queens NY. I came across Rochester back in 2006 looking for a great city to invest in multi family properties. Since NYC is very expensive I traveled to Rochester every single weekend until I purchased my first property. Now over 50 units, I call Rochester my home. People are nice and I love the small town feeling!

I may be late to this forum but wanted to add my two cents. I have been investing in Rochester NY for the last 10 years and have been very lucrative. Although there are some tougher areas then others, it is all about setting up expectations in the beginning with your tenants and follow through routinely. A few years ago I was approached by some out of town investors to manage their properties because they just weren't making any cash flow so thats how Dimensions Property Management was born!
