ok, well looks as if we have the ball rolling.  In the past couple of days, we bid on two properties.  Waiting to hear back by tomorrow if we get them both or one or none.  

I am looking for a good excel sheet that I can use to track all of our efforts as we look and find properties.  Recommendations would be great.  Thanks again for the help.

Is there a good sheet out there that pulls the data perhaps directly from the MLS sheet? or anything will do.

Good luck.  We are looking for the same but in the Arlington area....

It looks as if we could have our first property by the end of next week.  We are very excited, but as you can imagine a bit nervous as we move closer to the beginning of this exciting venture......

I know we are going to miss stuff, hopefully not many.....So if anyone has any word of advice as we move towards purchasing this first flip, I am all ears....

As we move towards buying our first flip, can you all provide helpful input on the type of insurance we need as we own these properties?

These are all flips.  So if everything works as it should, we should only own these locations for 3 to 4 months.

Question regarding a HUD home. If you do find one, do you have to personally live in the home or can you rent it for the period disclosed then sell it?
