Hi everyone!  After making the decision to change direction and take control of my life, I am looking forward to learning from each of you as I begin my new career.  I have made the decision to start with fix-and-flip to build cash reserves, but my ultimate goal is to work in the multi-family rental market.  I love learning, which is how I found biggerpockets.  A quick google of the best books and courses, and I landed here.  Thanks to all that take time to post to these forums, as I have learned so much already.  I hope to meet and talk with many of you in the near future!
