I am going to see the property today....Comps are great or as far as I can tell....I say other rehabbers have started only because the unit is clean on the inside...When I say clean, I mean walls have been removed and studs are showing....So you can easier see that someone has started the something on this job.

I will find out other info on this property to see why they walked away from this unit.  But at this point, its only a guess....

Ok, so I think we found a property. Going to walk it tomorrow. Now I have a couple of questions and issues. 1. Property was started and flippers walked away. Most of the house the Sheetrock has been removed. Walls are down to the studs. 2. Property is in a great area. Bringing Bick bucks if we decided to buy and flip. 3. Should we just buy and sell so someone else can flip and spend the money?

Hello all....I am still looking for guidance and help in finding wholesalers in my area.

Texas so anything in the DFW area would be great.  Thank you all in advance for your help.

Hello all.....a few weeks I decided to move forward by looking into the flipping business. I don't want to get in too deep, so we have decided to stay below a certain number. We are having a hard time finding a property to start our venture. Any help, suggestion, input would be great. I've dealt with a few wholesales, but to be the honest sense of urgency has been less than favorable. Any help would be great. If someone is looking for partners, I would be happy to discuss as well. Dallas Fort Worth area for now please.

Looking to use someone's else's money as I purchase my first property bs using my funds. Also, trying to learn the business along with with the process. But it is my understating that using a hml keep me from having to use my own funds.
