Tracking Sheet in Excel

ok, well looks as if we have the ball rolling.  In the past couple of days, we bid on two properties.  Waiting to hear back by tomorrow if we get them both or one or none.  

I am looking for a good excel sheet that I can use to track all of our efforts as we look and find properties.  Recommendations would be great.  Thanks again for the help.

Is there a good sheet out there that pulls the data perhaps directly from the MLS sheet? or anything will do.
