your a turnkey company?

No. I'm an agent at a real estate brokerage with an in house property management team. I spend most of my time helping investors find properties in San Antonio. We'll often also manage those properties, but we're not selling turnkey properties directly. What gave you that impression?

I think you said something about your clients are out of state.. So thats why I asked.. Hows your market? A lot of out of state investor invest in your area?

How many times can you house hack in the same city?  My mortgage broker advised that i would have to keep getting a bigger house so it can "make sense" to the underwriters or bank .. whats everyone's experience house hacking several times in the same area?

I can't speak for HomeUnion as much, but I know I'm not a fan of Roofstock, for several reasons. But I am a fan of turnkeys from actual turnkey providers. Is turnkey what you're interested in with those companies, or a) what are you looking for and b) do you have specific questions about those companies or the models?

Yes, I am looking for out of state turnkey investments..Specifically multi family but have been gaining some slight interest in possible single family rentals. But anything that can bring me some good passive income.. you know any other turnkey companies that you or others have had success?

Can I ask a deeper question... is something drawing you to invest via one of these platforms? Is it because it seems more passive and turnkey? Or are you just curious of other people's experience with them?

I am interested in turnkey investment, especially out of state.  So with that I just would lie to know what worked for others and if this platform provides the service that it claims it does..

I was wondering if anyone had any success in OOS investing within the area of Mobile, AL (SFR). These are 1bed/1bath homes. Zip code 36617... Any information on this area and if any one had any success. I know the prices are low and so are the rents.
