yes I been running numbers and searching for a few days now   Just reading forums and looking up diffrent towns people have mention  .. what town in the south East ?  I heard Midwest is high target for out of state investors

I'm looking to invest out of state. I am interested in BRRRR, a fix and flip and a multi unit rental.. Its so hard to choose a market... anyone have any suggestions on markets that have good deals and cheap houses?

I like the Allentown area in PA

I think Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Counties are all very good.

ill start doing my homework in those counties...any particular towns in those areas?
