You are in Texas, pro landlord state, tell her firmly(or have your management company speak or you) you are going to pay the deposit period, or you can find somewhere else to live.

You are in texas, get them out of your property and find new ones WITHOUT animals period.  You can evict them quick in texas, pro landlord state good luck

Your property taxes have gone up since improvements, and so have rents they are VERY lucky if you keep the rent the same.  To lower it? Aha it was worth a try on tenants part but if they are good tenants 1 year you can keep the same Maybe

32 unit listed for 3.5 million in florida.  Seller owns the property free and clear and is interested in lease option.  How to do it?,

master lease agreement, to purchase a 32 unit apartment building for example.  Its owned free and clear and seller is interested in lease option

I recommend DO NOT become an agent, you are an investor.  You will hire professional agents free of charge to do all the work for you, your job as investor is to find the deals, set up proper management, financing etc..

Lease option includes what typically?  Does the buyer pay insurance, taxes, maintenance, everything over $500 in expense etc.  If there is a basic me mentor we are willing to pay for private lessons.

They are both excellent areas, i have investments in both.  Lee is in Fort Myers and Hillsb, is in Tampa.  You can't go wrong, now i would chase the deal, look at both areas and find motivated multifamily property
