looking for recommendations for good lending banks anyone has used in the Spring,TX area

I'm looking for investor friendly agents to connect/network with.My target area is the north Houston metro area (Spring,TX/The Woodlands,TX/Conroe,TX) and my niche is buy and hold, as well as fix and flipping. I am looking to pull the trigger on my first property within the next 7 months, and looking to finance it with a traditional mortgage.

With this being my first one, i would like to find an eager, aggressive agent, who doesnt mind working and help teaching me until im ready sometime in the next 7 months. 

Also if any Investors out there have any recommendations, would like the feed back too

welcome @Gabby Rich, when i first came into REI i just read all i could online and at my library.

However when i found BP it was a Godsend, there is so much information in the site. I would start with the ultimate beginners guide to REI, and go from there

could also look into refinance

to me it does not seem like a good deal, unless you can talk him down to around 50k-60k
