I literally drive for dollars - with Lyft - for 40h/week. It's a great synergy. I'm writing down so many addresses for beater houses and would love to get in touch with them. My question is, now what do I do lot of these places are boarded up so post cards or door knocking don't seem like viable options. Excited to learn from you guys!

I don't see how option B or C would be better for cash flow than option A?

Here is my two cents. What is the potential downside of trying? What is the upside if it works out well?

Hey Michael, Im AirBnB'ing my house for $150/night at the moment and I plan on raising it. The pricing tool suggests $95 on weekends. Ive never not booked a weekend I have made available. Zeona MacIntyre scolded Brandon (or was it Josh?) on episode 229 for using the pricing tool because it is too conservative.

Please forgive my proud subject line, there are just so many LA intros that I felt I needed add some hubris to be seen. I am new in the community and look forward to networking.

Something people seem to find interesting about me. I just turned down a 6 figure job. My wife and I have a lifestyle designed around the sharing economy. I drive Lyft 3 days a week - Thursday 12h, Friday 14h and Saturday 14h. Since my wife doesn't like staying home alone with the baby while I drive we stay at the in-laws for those 3 days and rent out our apartment on AirBnb for $150/night. This month we made right around $2,000 on it. Does our landlord approve of this? I don't know, I've never asked :) We make about $70k/year with me working 3 days/week. The lifestyle gives us the opportunity to study real estate and enjoy our 7 month old.

My goal is to build a real estate empire of AirBnb's as that is now what my wife and I know and it seems the profits are way better. To feed the beast I am actively taking steps towards starting flipping as the daytime job within 15 mile radius from Alhambra. I already have my financing lined up so now it's just a matter of finding the right deal.

If I can help anyone with AirBnb related questions let me know.
