I literally drive for dollars - with Lyft - for 40h/week. It's a great synergy. I'm writing down so many addresses for beater houses and would love to get in touch with them. My question is, now what do I do lot of these places are boarded up so post cards or door knocking don't seem like viable options. Excited to learn from you guys!

You could go to the county offices and get the information from there which I believe will be all free. Or you can pay for one of the few programs out there that will provide you the current owners name and their mailing address along with a whole bunch of other information. I use propertyradar.com and its $40/mo for the basic version I'm using. It will not provide you a phone number so your option would be mailing them a letter or knocking on their door (unless they are an out of state/county owner and you don't want to drive that far.)
