@RJ Davies..Depends.  I'm a buy/hold with rentals, but started to sell some in 2015 as Turn Key.  Now I'm moving in the direction of Retail Flips, so I will probably sell 1 or 2 a year to accomplish flip goals.  However, I will alway maintain a solid portfolio of rentals...GL

Ok for the last 2 days, I've been at the Beach!  Orange Beach/Gulf Shores AL.  It's 4.5 hrs from Home, but it's BEAUTIFUL!!! A great networking event with agents in our Orange Beach Office.  A little work, a little Play..So what's next?  Do I buy an investment to rent during high season from May-mid Sept?  I would allow family and friends to use during off seasons.  Any input from those in Vacation areas with nice Beaches and fishing?  Price point not bad..

@Brian Garrett...Yes it varies..lender, market, credit, bank, etc....Speak with banks in your local market, based on your situation...GL

@Pedro Ramos...Looking back...hindsight is 20/20...My first home looks like a 4 plex on a VA loan, renting out 3 of the units, moving out after 1yr and repeating the process. Actually, it was a SFR 1800 sq ft, new build in Hermitage TN..***.7 yrs later purchased 1st investment in AL and the rest is history...I'm a work in progress..Keep learning! Keep it Moving...GL
