Website or Not? Currently I'm debating whether I should invest in a website. Of course it would work for my We Buy Houses contacts, but do any investor specializing in rentals have a website in place? Pros and Cons..Thx

1. Good schools
2. 10% down payment from tenant/buyer
3. Good Tenant Buyer(great income and stability)

You might consider showing Sat/Sun for a 2 hour window each week until all vacancies filled. I always do a phone pre-screen to determine if qualified. Many in my area want to view but don't meet income requirements or rental requirements..
