Website or Not? Currently I'm debating whether I should invest in a website. Of course it would work for my We Buy Houses contacts, but do any investor specializing in rentals have a website in place? Pros and Cons..Thx

3. Good Tenant Buyer(great income and stability)

1. Stay Positive while continue to move
2. Buy a multi unit apartment building
3. Flip a single family home

You're off to a good start..Maybe you can find a great wholesale deal to flip..

Perseverance is one of the best qualities to adapt....You will make mistakes, but learn from them and continue moving..

You might consider showing Sat/Sun for a 2 hour window each week until all vacancies filled. I always do a phone pre-screen to determine if qualified. Many in my area want to view but don't meet income requirements or rental requirements..

I suggest focusing on one area initially. Once you're comfortable you can diversify..
