I'm a RE broker in PR and 125,000 is not what it used to be. However, you can still find multi fam in that price around the island and could potentially do an FHA if you're able to provide evidence that your employer lets you work remotely. The main issue will be location and the condition of the property. The further you go outside SJ the more house you can get. Do know that most likely the house will still need some repairs.

Correct. Puerto Rico has two MLS, actually. The issue is that most real estate agents are not realtors so they don't have access to the MLS. But yes, Stellar is one of them.

Hi Ricardo - I work on this area of the island and know the rental market well. My main concern here is the price of rent for where it's actually located. Let me know if you want to connect would be happy to chat.

Hi Lisa - This is something that is happening world wide. It is happening in Puerto Rico but I'm seeing it more in the San Juan - Condado area. It truly is a case per case scenario. I'm seeing more of a luxury or longer term market growing (at least 6 months). Feel free to reach out if you have more questions.

Hi Matt, the returns and benefits from Act 60 are great and it's no longer a secret that PR has a lot to offer. I'm a RE broker on the island and happy to connect if you have any questions.
