Grants for buying Rental Property in Puerto Rico

I am a first time buyer in the process of buying my first rental property in Puerto Rico. I was wondering if any is experienced in investing in this market and any feedback, experiences, or advice anyone might have. I am specifically interested in if there are any grants available to US citizens purchasing a property in Puerto Rico. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you!

There are some tax credits available, most of the real estate tax credits involve tourist projects (small hotel, BnB, that sort of thing).  If you wish to learn more, please dm me, I can direct you to additional resources.
