Post: New Agent looking for Advice on building my brand

Hey Kyle, I am not an agent. However, I have quite a bit experience in building sales pipelines. If I was starting as an agent I would do the following in the first few months.

- Build a brand on social, be active on all channels and become a thought leader when it comes to buying and selling RE

- Go on fiver.com hire a free lancer to pull you a list of people to reach out to. This could be cash buyers (would be a great resource for you), absentee owners, etc etc. Build a contact list in google docs and either call them or invite them to a weekly/ monthly real estate related news letter

- Gather a list of FSBO and ask to list their property. If they say yes great if they say no ask for a referral of anyone they know who may be buying or selling

- Go to RIA's and any meet up you can find to build your network.

-Facebook ads w/ a landing page to gather emails

- tell literally everyone you know your an agent. That is the best way to scale your network.

Hope this helps!

Hey BP,

I am looking to connect with Air Bnb/ Vacation rental property hosts. As I do more market research, I would love to connect with likeminded investors and get a better landscape of this massive metro.

I want to know your stories

Where you are seeing success?

Where you are not seeing success?

Do you use an Air Bnb property management company for your vacation rentals?

Is there areas to steer clear of or areas that thrive?

I am looking to connect in more detail with each of you!

@Glen Friedman Thank you for being so detailed, I will absolutely love to connect in a few weeks once I get settled. I believe we are connected on LinkedIn as well. Let's stay in touch.

Best,

@AliceSun Norman great to e-meet you! Congrats on the two properties. I also just picked up a property this month, a single family w/ and ADU in San Marco.

Any recommendations on any good meet ups? I would love to connect with as many investors as possible.
