Thank you Bob, I appreciate your feedback. That's exactly why I shied away fro, the county clerk to start off. I will definitely take a look at list source and property radar. 

Hello BP, Im an investor here in Tampa, FL and was wondering on ways other investors obtain pre-foreclosure lists. Is getting them from your county the easiest?
