First Time OOS Investing - Florida

Good Evening BP Forums,

I am looking to invest OOS into Florida and am interested in two markets - Tampa/St Pete and Jacksonville, and was curious if anyone has any recommendations on PMs or Agents out in those regions. Also, if anyone can give insight on desirable neighborhoods in these cities in order to narrow my search down. Thanks in advance!

I am using Hoffman Realty for a PM in the Tampa/St Pete market, and am happy with them so far.  I was self-managing from a distance and moved to PM after my last tenant moved out. 

I don't have any properties in Jax, but am in the Melbourne market with many of my rentals.
