Wholesaling advice and tips!

Posted

Hello! I am a complete newbie on wholesaling, realty, deals, home buying, finding contacts, and everything. I want to learn the ins and outs of this type of trade to get started. I've been doing research and found that wholesaling is a great place to start with little to no money, considering I am a 19-year-old college student I thought this would be a great idea to gain experience. I have also been looking for a mentor to give me advice on ways to acquire new contacts and form a buyers list. I want to find potential buyers and make contracts with real estate, but I am having trouble starting out and would really appreciate any advice on beginning this exciting journey I have for myself!

Thank you, Austin Latanafrancia
