Good Morning Everyone

I’m beginning to having increasing issues with my PM company in Scottsdale area and looking for referrals to a new company. I don’t want to learn about self managing these properties. Please just great references.

Has anyone heard of any potential ways to give back to the New Orleans community once we all arrive. The are has gone through so much and I’m sure will still be dealing with issues once we arrive is why I ask. Often when we go into a community for a Rotary function we give back to the host community and we will be gathering many handy individuals together at one time.

Hello all my STR friends. I'm the last few months I've been able to acquire two additional STR properties in AZ utilizing hard money and am now beginning the hunt for refinancing. In an effort to separate my business risk as much as possible these properties are all held in LLC's. My initial goal would be to attempt refinancing these properties as vacation homes and my next would be utilizing traditional bank financing but i know how difficult this can be within an LLC. If anyone has any experience with this situation it would be great. Thanks Andrew

I was quoted 14K last week in fees on a refi with my current lender.  The lender gave me the same excuse for the increased fees.
