I’ve heard many great stories about how measurable goals create measurable success and for this reason my wife and I wanted to set #2022goals this year. This year we heard Jay Papasan speak at #bpcon about a goal template they use at their retreat that would be available somewhere on BP if we couldn’t make the retreat. Does anyone know where I could get my hands on that template or could suggest another great goal template? Any help would be great and I know there has to be someone out there besides #beardybrandon that sets great business and family goals.

A few months ago there was a vote in the state’s legislature to repeal that law, but luckily it failed. As an investor in the market the law does add some level of security, but it doesn’t prevent the cities from imposing other restrictions group sizes and licensing.  There’s also been discussions around fees to cover public services like the police force that is used to break parties.

Thanks Scott. I guess some people either didn’t know SOP or think they’re funny and I can’t blame them. After running my own business for years I’ve realized it’s easiest to put the process and procedures on paper before you get going. With four properties and several other business ventures I don’t have time to screw up. Your recommendations will help a lot.

Thanks that’s what we’re thinking too but just didn’t know if it’s a wasted of funds on the bedrooms.
