I have personally helped people in property management that have left the U.S. As long as you have a good property management company I think that it is no problem. I can recommend the one I use to work at if you’d like to reach out. I am also a realtor if you need help in that regard.

I use to do property management. A few of the owners would have an LLC but most of them did not. It's up your decision but I think either way works just fine.
