Hey everyone, I was wondering who's active in the Charlotte, NC Market right now? The market here is doing great and I was wondering what areas within 50 miles of Charlotte have held the most interest for you. I'd love to hear from some people who consistently fix and flip in the area about their experiences, both positive and negative, regarding single family homes in particular.
