@Mike Redondo

Hi Mike,

I’m an agent in the Charlotte metro area. It’s a great area for investors. I will say not that great for multifamily though. More single family, townhomes, and condos. Send me a message if you would like to chat about the Charlotte market.

@Scott Emsley

It’s not big here in Charlotte. Prices for houses are still reasonable and it’s not a hot commodity.

@Donnie Maguire

Keep in mind this is personal property on land until It is fixed to the land. It would not be considered real property until it’s on a slab when you go to sell it.

I would watch the house at night and maybe during the day to see who might be stealing your water. Get a security camera.

Hi Bill,

You mentioned Charlotte NC.  I live in Charlotte metro area and work for a property management company.  I can tell you from personal experience that Charlotte is a great place to live and to invest.  Nothing gets done from over analyzing things.  I would just find a great property where the numbers all make sense.  The numbers don't lie.  I hope that helps.
