Anyone in Charlotte NC? I’m looking to move my family down there ASAP and trying to find what’s some good areas that are affordable and safe with a mixed diversity. I will also be looking to invest in the area as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey @Javaughn Harkness - Welcome to Charlotte!  I've been here for almost 15 years now and still love it.  Obviously my answers might change depending on things like job location, interests, etc. but I'd recommend looking up in the University area (NE Charlotte).  There is a good amount of diversity and home prices are reasonable with a range of different neighborhood types.

If I can help answer any other questions about the area feel free to reach out.
