 I did not take it the wrong way, and i appreciate your reply. Im currently trying to get educated on mf. I sure dont wont that costly mistake, so i will look into your two suggetions.

i am new to apartment complexes. I am interested in this 32 unit for cheap. the guy is out of town and seems very motivated. I dont even know where to begin with this. should i try and fix it and hold it, or look for a buyer? whatever the case, I need to first see if its a good property and if it make sense..

@christina, if its legit ,its a good source for funds and you could maybe prosper from it as well.. Would you have time to personally go and see him? It's only 1% of loan for security and 4% interest.. And you can let us know if he I legit..
