I just started my llc October of this year through the state of texas. if I don't receive any funds this year or do a deal this year do I have to file taxes? ive spent money on starting the company and filing and marketing plus gas for driving around.

this is buyers agent, smh. I signs a contract with her but its not going as planned. I asked for MLS listings and she emailed only one.. Cant I terminate the contract between us? I'm very unhappy early in this relatio

I'm in the DFW, and I was wondering can I make an offer on a house with a pre approved proof of funds letter? I was told by an agent that I need more in the state of Texas..
