New to BP, Need advice on insurance in St Louis

First post on BP.

I am shopping insurance companies and was looking for recommendations. I am in St Louis, MO and have 2 rental houses (closing on a 3rd soon) and they are all held in the name of an LLC. Liberty Mutual raised my rates by 50% this year and I am shopping for companies. So far:

Amica won't write policies for houses in LLC

Statefarm was expensive

Safeco will not do landlord policies without my primary residence

Shelter used Actual Cash Value and was very reasonable

I am leaning towards Shelter's Actual Cash Value policy. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions or recommendations.

Thanks!
