I have a 2bd 1 bath in st.louis..im asking 35,000 it appraised for 40,000... bout 10,000 in updates and arv will be 60,000 - 80,000. 

@Barbara Riley thank u.. that is a great idea. I will definitely look into it.. and if anybody is interested I have a 3bd 2bath for sale for 20k. . Great investment property .. I also have a few other homes and alot of leads for homes here in st.louis
